Clare Galbraith

 
Clare has been with the firm since 1987 and her career has developed considerably during that time.

Clare has experience in a broad variety of property matters and now specialises in coastal, residential and commercial subdivisions, preparation and drafting of easement documentation, advising on titles, restrictive covenants, road stopping and land compensation agreements, development contributions, irrigation matters and resource consent compliance.

Regularly instructed by local authorities, Clare is also involved in preparing documentation for the development of their infrastructure, advising on their sale and purchase of assets, harbour development and freeholding.

Clients appreciate Clare's attention to detail, her precise approach to their work and her expertise in all registration matters with Land Information New Zealand.

Clare leads a busy home life with her secondary and primary school aged children and can often be seen attending the Waitaki's many sports grounds in support of them. When relaxing, Clare enjoys running, reading and time with her family. She also has a passion for interior design and fashion.
